About

I know we all have scars, some of us wear our scars with pride to show the world that we have triumphed over whatever tried to hurt us. And yet for some of us, our scars are our darkest secrets, hidden away in our hearts and minds. These are the kind that keep you up all night.

I personally have plenty of scars, both the physical scars and resultant baggage that comes with long term illness (post mastectomy) and the emotional variety (let’s just call that one life).

So, as I sit up at night alone with my pain, illness and overactive imagination it helps me to write down how I feel in my poetry, prose and late night ramblings.

Enjoy my own, very personal therapy xxx
